Terms of Purchase and Delivery
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Rules are a binding legal document to the parties. It states the Seller’s and the Buyer’s rights, duties, procedure of acquisition of the Goods, payment for them, delivery and return of the Goods, responsibility of the parties and other provisions related to the sale and purchase of the Goods from the Seller.
1.2. When the Buyer places an Order to the Seller, he has to familiarise with the Rules and confirms this by providing the necessary data to enter into a Contract and to deliver the Order.
1.3. The Seller shall have the right to change the Rules at any time, taking the requirements of the legal acts into consideration. The Buyer shall be informed about the changes of the Rules in the e-shop.
- ENTRY OF THE RULES INTO EFFECT
2.1. The Rules shall be applicable to the relations between the Buyer and the Seller when:
2.1.1. the Buyer forms an order in the e-shop, enters the data necessary to make a Contract and to deliver the order and pressed “Buy”;
2.1.2. the Buyer places the Order and the data necessary to enter into a sale and purchase contract.
- RIGHTS OF THE BUYER
- The Buyer shall have the right to buy the Goods from the Seller in accordance with the provided Rules.
- The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the sale and purchase contract made in the e-shop, by notifying the Seller thereof in writing within 5 business days after delivery of the item. The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the sale and purchase contract with the Seller only if the item is qualitative, undamaged, the package of the products is undamaged and its appearance has not changed essentially.
- The Buyer also has other rights provided in the Rules and in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- DUTIES OF THE BUYER
- The Buyer has to pay for the Goods and to accept them in accordance with these Rules.
- By using the e-shop, the Buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules, other conditions provided in the e-shop and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- RIGHTS OF THE SELLER
5.1. The Seller shall have the right to determine a minimal size of the Order at own discretion, i.e., a minimal amount that results in free delivery of the Buyer’s Order.
- If the Buyer attempts to harm stability and safety of the e-shop or violates his obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend the use of the e-shop immediately, without warning.
- In case of any uncertainties about the Order’s information, the Seller shall have the right to contact the client by the provided data. The Seller shall have the right to cancel the order without advance warning if the Buyer does not contact the Seller and submit the necessary information within 3 (three) business days.
- The Seller shall have the right to cancel the Order in case of assortment problems or website’s mistakes that would prevent from execution of the initial order, or to suggest changing the order so that it was acceptable for both parties. The Seller shall inform the Buyer about cancellation in writing or by a phone call and refund the money if the order is not to be fulfilled. The Seller shall not be liable and cannot control in any way the refund term in the Buyer’s bank or to the provider of a credit card.
- The shall have the right to cancel the Order if the providers of payment services of third parties believe that the transaction may be unsafe, unfair or unreliable. The Seller shall refund the money in the same manner as it was used for payment of the order and shall notify the Buyer thereof by e-mail or a phone call. The Buyer may try to order again using another payment option.
- DUTIES OF THE SELLER
- The Seller undertakes to create the opportunity to the Buyer to use the e-shop services in accordance with the E-Shop Rules.
- The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy regarding his personal information and to process the personal data only under the conditions of this website and in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods ordered by the Buyer to the indicated address and under the conditions of these Rules.
- If the Seller cannot deliver the ordered Goods to the Buyer because of important reasons, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer’s money within 3 (three) business days.
- If the Buyer uses the right to return the goods, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer’s money within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the notice about retuned Goods but not earlier than the Goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer submit the evidence of shipment of the Goods to the Seller.
- PAYMENT PROCEDURE FOR THE GOODS
The Buyer may pay for the Goods using the methods provided in the e-shop.
- DELIVERY AND PICKING-UP OF THE GOODS
8.1. The standard delivery term of the Goods is 2-3 days, but sometimes, it may take longer if the delivery services are busy. In case of any problems with delivery, the Seller undertakes to contact the Client and to find the best solution.
8.2. The Goods may be delivered within the entire territory of the Republic of Lithuania, including the Curonian Spit (extra charge).
8.3. The precise delivery price depends on the weight and price of the ordered Goods, so the final delivery price is seen only when an order is formed.
8.4. The Client undertakes to pay attention to the indicated delivery term and possible delays and to refer to the Seller only after 7 days after payment for the Goods.
8.5. The Client undertakes to indicate the delivery place and the receiving person at the time when the order is placed.
8.6. The Client undertakes to accept the Goods himself. If he is unable to accept them and the Goods are delivered to the indicated address and using other data provided by the Client, the Client shall not be able to file claims to the Seller because of delivery to wrong person.
8.7. When the parcel is delivered, the Buyer or his representative (depending on the case) shall inspect the package’s condition, quantity, quality and assortment of the goods together with the representative of the transport company.
8.8. The Goods ordered in the e-shop shall be delivered in the manner chosen in the menu.
8.9. If the Client notices absence of the appropriate item after acceptance of the Goods, the Client shall notify the Seller thereof immediately.
- RETURN OF THE GOODS
9.1. When buying in the e-shop hblife.lt, the return guarantee of 30 days is granted for each buyer and the bought items of good quality. It shall be calculated from the day when the goods are received.
9.2. In order to return the item of appropriate quality:
9.2.1. write to e-mail address info@hblife.lt. The goods shall not be accepted if the return is not arranged in advance.
The reason has to be indicated and the purchase evidence has to be attached.
9.2.2. The item has to be unused, with labels and in the original package, undamaged and in good presentation.
9.2.3. When the Seller receives the returned goods, they shall be assessed and if no discrepancies are found, the amount paid for the goods and delivery shall be refunded to the buyer.
9.2.4. The supplier’s guarantee for manufacturing and other defects unrelated to normal use of the item and environmental impact shall be granted for each item. The guarantee term of each item is available in its description.
9.2.5. If you want to return an item of inappropriate quality, perform the above steps.
9.3. The shop undertakes to submit a reasoned written answer to the consumer not later than within 14 days after receipt of respective request.
