The manager of website www.hblife.lt.lt, UAB “Wel group”, company number 302722933, registered address at Apaščios str. 8F, LT-52153 Kaunas, represented by Director Aidas Gelžinis acting on the basis of the Articles of Association, is taking care about information protection and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and other laws on protection of your information. We will answer the main questions about collection, processing and storage of your data on this website in the present statement. If you have any questions or any part of the statement is not clear, we are ready to help you, as described in the last part of the statement. We would like to note that any form of word “we” means our Company specified in Section 1 herein.

We provide public access to website www.hblife.lt.lt (hereinafter – Website) and accounts in social networks Facebook and Instagram (hereinafter – accounts in Social Networks), we maintain, improve and safeguard their security. When you browse our Website and our accounts in Social Networks, you enter into contract with us resulting in access to the content of our Website and our accounts in Social Networks and agree with their use conditions established in the legal acts, including but without limitation to the copyright conditions and the conditions of personal data protection and privacy provided in this information statement.

We need to collect, use and store your data in order:

  • to manage, improve and optimise our website and experience of its users;
  • to answer to the inquiries and suggestions of the Website’s visitors, and to provide technical assistance;
  • to understand browsing tendencies, to evaluate the size of our audience and use models, to understand the wishes and requests of our users;

  • when it is requested to correct incorrect data – for the period until the mistakes are corrected;
  • when the objection to data processing for our legitimate interests is made until the objection is examined and we make the decision about further processing;
  • when we do not need personal data any more but you need them to make lawful demands or to defend from the made  legal demands;
  • of any data processed without legitimate ground, when you want their erasure.
