Fine, you have breakfast and drink an evening cocktail. You should have noticed that you have more energy, that intestines and the whole organism is getting cleaned. Have you paid attention to the picture (a green bead)? It is already half or 50% green. It means that 50% of your day is in perfect order, while the other half is disordered. You should also notice that no special efforts were needed for those 50%. Thus, we are moving further lightly. We will reinforce breakfast and add a new meal – a “snack” during the 3rd week. The “snack” is taken at 10-11 o’clock, or 3 hours after the breakfast. It means that we eat a “snack” 3 hours after the breakfast and we have lunch only after 2-3 hours. Lunch should be as usual. However, if you feel full, eat less or just one meal.

Fine, you have breakfast, drink an evening cocktail with proteins and take a snack before the lunch. 

We are going to introduce two additional products in the 4th week. We add a spoon of fibres into the morning and evening cocktails and one more “snack No. 2”. This snack No. 2 is taken at 15-16 o’clock or 3 hours after the lunch. It should be eaten together with 1 fruit that you favour (banana, apple, pear, peach…). This means that 2-3 hours after the lunch we eat “snack No. 2” and then we have dinner 2-3 hours later. Dinner should be as usual. However, if you feel full, eat less or just one meal, and do not forget that an evening cocktail is waiting for you.

Add an additional spoon of protein and fibres into the breakfast and evening cocktail during the 4th week. Eat a Herbalife lemon chocolate (“snack No. 1”) at 10-11 o’clock and one more “snack No. 2” with a fruit you like at 15 o’clock.

During the 5th week, we are going to pay more attention to your dinner. The dinner plate has to be divided in two: protein food (200 g fish, chicken, egg, curd…) and vegetables. Avoid potatoes, sauces and various cereals. Just vegetables and protein food. Eat moderately as the evening cocktail is still waiting for you.
